Is the water pump delivering water to the jets? If not, then you may have an airlock. Prime the pump and check again. If you have water coming from jets but still no heat, then it may be time for a new heater section.

Your economy spa is equipped with a hot stick. This "hot stick" is nothing more than a PVC manifold that forces the water through multiple 1/2" ports that creates enough friction for the water to heat itself. YOUR HOT TUB HAS NO HEATER. The benefit is that there is no heating element to corrode and replace. The down side is that it takes quite awhile to heat the water. If you start with water that is 55-60 degrees it will easily take 48 hours to hit 100 degrees. Keep in mind that is dependent on the outside air temperature. Good luck with that!

Cant find the filter for my Aeware Hot tub

Take the filter to a hot tub shop and they will be able to identify it for you. Any shop that sells pool or spa equipment should be able to help as most manufactures use aftermarket filters for cost reasons.

Jacizzi tub and water is not hot enough

When filling the tub if there is not enough hot water to fill the tub you will probably need a bigger water heater.
You can add a Bath Heater to your tub if the water is cooling down too quickly while you are using it however, a Bath Heater will NOT heat the water. They will only maintain the water temperature you start with.

Spa thermal overheating

Turn off all power to the hot tub as soon as you realize it is overheating. The spa should have an automatic shut off when the water temperature reaches about 112 degrees fahrenheit. Call your hot tub dealer or manufacturer for service options. There are a variety of conditions that could lead to the overheating of your hot tub, but may differ in various hot tub models and brands. Check the water level of the hot tub. Low water levels could be the culprit for the over heating, so you may just need to add more water to the hot tub.
Check the shut-off valves in the hot tub. If they are closed while the hot tub heater is on, it could cause the water to reach unsafe temperatures.
Clean the hot tub filter. A dirty filter could be blocking the flow of water, causing the water to sit in the hot tub and overheat.
Turn the power back on after finding the problem and talking to the hot tub dealer. The hot tub will probably not start back up until the water reaches a safe temperature

Yes ... it is not working or it is disconnected ... You have a serious defect somewhere.

Please, NEVER GET INTO WATER MORE THAN 105f ... and if it is at 105 ... limit your stay to 15 minutes ... Never put a kid into water that is more than 98. Modern hot tubs are not suppose to heat above 105.

not to mention it cost you a arm and a leg to heat that water ...

My Reliance 606 40 gallon water heater only heats up enough hot water to fill a bathtub. We've drained it, the pilot light is fine, it heats up the water really hot, but it just doesn't seem to be able to...

How big is your bathtub? Is your water heater set on the hottest setting? What is the temperature of the hot water at the tap?

Keep in mind that hot water can cause severe burns. Children and those with diminished mental capacity can be seriously harmed by hot water.

The "40 Gallon" rating on the water heater is usually the amount of hot water the unit can produce in one hour. So the tank, and the amount of immediately available hot water, might be smaller than 40 gallons.

My bathtub is 2 feet wide by 1 foot deep and 4 feet long. This is 8 cubic feet or almost 60 gallons. So a 40 gallons of water at 120 degrees, mixed with 20 gallons of cold water (60 degrees), fills the tub with 100 degree water. My January cold water is 42 degrees, so it will take 40 gallons at 129 degrees to fill the tub. If the tub is cold to start it will take even hotter water.

So the water heater might be just fine.

Possible solutions:
1. turn the temperature up on your water heater- or the temperature control could be malfunctioning and not getting the water hot enough.
2. insulate your hot water pipes so that the water loses less heat on the way to the tub.
3. bigger water heater.
4. smaller bathtub, or less full bathtub.

How long does it take to heat the tub

Make sure that the inline heater has power. It should not take very long to heat since your putting hot water into it anyway. The heater is to keep water warm.

Sounds as if the 'mode' for the tub is set to sense the temperature of the water. see if there is a setting on the control box to a 'timed' setting for filtering and heating instead of controlled by the temperature setting. the problem is the the control box is away from the water and when it calls for heat it is because the water is cooler there than in the hot tub. so when it calls for heat and the water starts to circulate it gets the hot water from the body of the hot tub and then shut down because it senses the 'hot water'. make sense?
