Question about JVC Televison & Video
PLEASE HELP AND TELL ME THE COMPONENT THAT IS ACTUALLY CAUSING THIS PROBLEM FOR ME TO FIX IT. THANKS
This sounds like a bad cable or connection. Swap out the cable with a known working one and see if that helps. Next, wiggle the cable nearest to where it connects to each device and see if that recreates the issue. If so, your cable either has bad ends or your device has bad ports/connectors.

SOURCE: there is no red in the picture
you might have it in component cables in the rear and one of them is not all the way in. sometimes these cables are a bit hard and may think that its all the way in and its not. check it out.

Pixel misfiring (diffusion errors) are caused when the tv is not firing and erasing the pixels correctly. It can be caused by a number of things, usually a voltage or waveform is off somewhere. If you just bought the tv, return it and get another. If you are out of warrany, you can remove the back panel and run the tv to check the voltages. Don't touch the heatsinks! they're electrically hot and will zap you.. the voltages are labeled on the back of the plasma panel with a sticker. first check Vs and Va. sometimes you can check -Vy, Vset, Vscan and others if labeled on the board. If you have to adjust waveforms you need a very $$ o-scope and should get qualified technician to adjust. If a board is bad, its likely your power supply or Y-sustain pcb, and less likely your Z-sustain or contol (logic) board.

try to go to the factory reset and see if that helps. If not, you can then check your connection. if you use component (red, green and blue for video and red and white for audio), make sure all the color matches when you plug it in. if everything have been checked then you need to replace the main board and it should correct the problem.
