Question about Apple iPhone Cell Phones
Trying to get any call ringing not straight to voicemail
Usually phones only send callers directly to voice mail if the phone is turned off, if the tower cannot reach the phone or if the phone is in airplane mode.
Can you make calls? That will determine whether you can reach a tower.
Check to make sure you're not on airplane mode (if you can call out you probably are NOT in airplane mode)
Have you activated 'Do Not Disturb'? See this link for more info: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT5463
