Question about Acer Computers & Internet
Nothing yet i put the battery in to see if its working because its a xmas present and the battery wont come out
The batteries in a laptop are usually held in y a latch which can be slid across to release the battery, which can then be slid out of the battery bay. If you have trouble locating the latch on this machine then if you go here:
Drivers and Manuals
you can select your machine from the menus there and you will be given headings of drivers, documentation etc etc. If you select documentation then the last of 3 results is for a User Guide which can be downloaded in "zip" format. Extract the files and you will have 2 "pdf" files. Open the User Guide and on page 15, there is a diagram of the base of the machine showing where the "battery latch" is on the base of the machine. If you slide this whichever way it will go the battery will then slide out in the opposite direction to when you slid it into position.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
