The shelf uses two attachment bolts to fix it to the wall, so I need to know whats is the measure between this bolts in order to clarify whether this device matches the space I have available on my ba

This depends on which model you have, but here are two solutions for you.
1. Your model should have come with instructions. Read the instructions to the point where they tell you the distance between the screws. As far as if your bathroom wall will be long enough measure it. If the space is wider than your model, you are GTG.
2. If you have a tape measure, just measure between the screws making sure you are in the center of each hole. That will be the width you will put the holes in your bathroom wall.

Does Ikea sell bathroom vanity units?

They do, however they are sold as separates. The sink unit and the mirror piece are sold individually, rather than as a complete set.

Trying to figure out how to convert the base to a wall mount since it appears that it is set up to do this.

first get a wall mount kit. ikea sells them cheaply.

there should be 4 screw holes on the back of the screen. screws goes in there.

first drill 2 holes on the wall
mount the ikea kit using expanding bolt
then screw in the ikea kit on the monitor
just hang the monitor on the wall side.

but..... 15 inch is a bit smallish for wall mount... dont ya think?

Ikea wall unit besta. what are parts 114930 and 114931 used for

The 114931 is used when fixing the cabinet to the wall. It's a type of blanking washer which you put your wall fixing screw through before putting the screw through the cabinet into the wall. The blanking washer will end up between the inside back of the cabinet and the head of the fixing screw and will cover up any mistakes you may have made when drilling through the back of the cabinet. It also provides added safety when hanging your cabinets on the wall by reducing the chance of your screw head breaking through the back of the cabinet and your cabinet sagging and falling off the wall. Very important to have.
If you know where to get more let me know... Ikea only provide three in a pack and there are four points to fix the cabinet!!!!??

Mirror glued to wall

That's actually a pretty common method for professionally installing bathroom mirrors. As you mentioned, tape a star pattern on the mirror and then use a thin piece of piano type wire to slice through the adhesive. Keep the ends of the wire as close to the wall as possible while cutting so that you don't break the mirror. A local glass company can provide the best type of wire for the job as well as tips on the best way to get the job done - particularly if you imply that you'llbe buying your new miror from them. Be sure to wear leather palmed gloves and eye protection when doing this job!
