TROUBLE RESET
FIRST, if this code comes back. Have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code!!!! AS this is for the Hot Part called the FUSER. It can catch on fire! And that will ruin a perfectly good day!!!! 1. Turn OFF the main power switch. 2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. 3. Touch [Trouble Reset]. 4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset. 5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.
Actually C8101 is on Rank B meaning by Open / Close the front door to clear it.
But if error code still appear, Check the connector between M3-relay CN5-DFCB J15 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
Check the connector between PS12-DFCB J15 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
Check the connector of M3 for proper drive coupling,and correct as necessary.
Go to service mode soft switch set first box to three second box to 1 change box 3 to 0. If the code comes back do not reset the machine is indicating it is broken doing so could cause a fire. The code that is being displayed state the fuser the hot part is over heating.

C 4704 is a Laser error code. I would turn off the machine by the main switch located in the front door. Unplug the machine for 10-15 seconds then reconnect and turn on. If the code comes back you may need to call a service technician
