Did you install the pump so it flows in the correct direction? Check the arrows on the unit.

Worcester 350 combi boiler on but water cold and radiators cold. Have put pressure up but made no difference. What's wrong with it?

If the inline pump is not working no hot water will flow into your radiators. The pump pushes the water in the lines to create a water flow. Increasing the pressure will not help in this case. I recommend you put the pressure back down as it usually is preset when the boiler is installed. My pump is about three feet back of the boiler on the intake line. If you don't know what you are doing I recommend getting a repair man as you could create more problems by over heating the boiler its self and blowing the electrical parts up.

I need a diagram for an indirect hot water system heated by a solid fuel boiler and an oil boiler

If you are using more than one heat source you will have 1 more pump than the heat source pumps Main pump = SYSTEM pump pumps through the indirect hot water system and back into itself. This is the system loop. The other two boilers tee into this loop upstream of the indirect tank, downstream of the SYSTEM pump. The cold water return to each boiler tees into the system loop next to and upstream of where the hot water for that boiler tees into the system the loop. The oil boiler will have its own pump on its return line from the sytem loop and the solid fuel boiler will have its own pump. When any boiler fires, it turns on its own pump AND the system pump. If you want a drawing email me -pipesster@gmail.com send a fax number and I'll fax you a drawing.

Wilo 3speed recirt pump for my wood stove

I wasn't aware that you would put a citculating pump on a tankless water heater, but as long as the arrow goes in the direction of the water flow that is how it needs to be,, putting a circulator on a tankless kind of goes against what it is for, the tankless will never shut off and once it is on how will it ever satisfy itself to shut down?

Non i;n working boiler

Did you put automatic vent plugs on this boiler? This help stop from having air locks.I would try bleeding the high pipe to see if any air come out.The other thing I would check is the valve that out for the pump to pump water around.

3 speed Recirculation pump lost middle speed

It sounds like you might have had a power surge and burnt the windings on the medium speed. If it is bothersome, you will need to replace either the motor or the whole pump. (not sure if replacing just the motor is an option.)

Need to wire a zone control for a closed system with a circulator

thats because the rinnai does not have a set up for a circulating pump it would make the unit run all the time,, they are not designed to work that way,, you will have to just wait for the hot water to get to the faucet just like before,,don't let any one tell you there is a way once the water flows it turn on the tankless so it would never shut off, you could get on that goes on a timer on say the farthest fauset away from the unit and set the timer to come on like 2 min before you are ready to use the water in that bathroom in the morning or at night other then that there is nothing else you can do

Boiler shuts down repeatidly

i think you will find that instead of modulating as demand requires the boiler is overheating and then re operating after the safety thermostat has operated.
i wilud put some de scaler into the main heat exchanger circuit or add it to the radiators and let it circulate for a while.
also make sure the pump is operating properly to ensure proper water flow.

Combi boiler wont re-pressurize when i turn the little valve under boiler it just seems to run and run and the pressure gauge dosent go up at all? there are no leeks. but a minute a go it went right up to...

the little valve is a one way type. this means the pressure should only flow one way. it's a good chance that the valve body is allowing the pressure to back flow. i would replace that valve. this should take care of it. please rate this thanks
