Micro not heating.

The magnetron is supposed to read nearly zero ohms across the two terminals. You are measuring the resistance of the filiament/heater/cathode of the tube. Activity in the magnetron occurs when the heated electrons are emitted from the cathode, pass through the magnetic field, swirl about, bounce in and out of indentations (vanes) in the tube, and finally land on the plate (antenna). The resistance from the cathode to the plate should be infinite. If not, you probably have a bad tube. Or, if there is continuity between the heater and the case, then you have a shorted tube.

What eventually happens to most vacuum tubes is that the cathode (filiament in this case) becomes coated with a material which inhibits the launching of electrons into the tube. When the flow becomes too low, oscillation ceases, and you have no microwave output. Sometimes they reach the threshold, but do no cross over quickly. Then you have a magnetron that is intermittent for a while.

Try to read the color code of your resistor, if the resistor was burnt you have to do is send your TV to tech.

The switch of my fan is broken. It needs replacement. We can not do this here in Afghanistan. I need its capacitor value so that I can replace with the equivalent. ? thanks for help

You have a problem indeed. If it were MY fan, I would unplug it first, then I would remove the switch and solder the loose ends of the wires together that I removed from the switch.
I would also carefully wind black electrical insulating tape around the connection so nobody would get a shock from it or short out to ground. Then I could use the fan, but will have to plug and unplug it from the power source. If you have power points just flip the wall switch.

BAKE Control senses oven temperature above 615F-630F If actual over temperature condition occurred: Look for welded relay contacts on bake or broil relays. If this happens, replace oven control (also called clock or ERC).

If no over temperature condition occurred: Look for a high resistance connection or any other cause of high resistance in the oven temperature sensor circuit. Check sensor, sensor harness and sensor harness connection at sensor and oven control. Replace sensor if found defective.

F8 Shorted meat probe Problem could be with the probe, the receptacle, or probe circuit. Check probe. Look for pinched wire. Look for condensation or contamination on probe receptacle. F9 Lock switch Check wiring to door lock switch (the wire harness may be connected wrong). Check for stuck lock switch. FC Problem with door lock circuit such as pinched wires between control and door lock switches on motorized lock circuits Check wiring and test operation of switches. FD Shorted meat probe Problem could be with the probe, the receptacle, or probe circuit. Check probe. Look for pinched wire. Look for condensation or contamination on probe receptacle. Replace probe if all else checks out ok. FF Loss of door motor safety switch Replace the oven control (also called clock or ERC). FFF Control error, failed EEPROM Replace the oven control board (also called clock or ERC).

The main control operates a series of software commands, which control the various features and functions of the oven. Each function or operation has a numerical value assigned to it. The numerical values can be added up - this is called the check sum operation. Every time the system is powered up and after each clean cycle the system performs a check sum and compares the value to the value programmed into the software (stored in memory).

An EEPROM check sum error or FFF code occurs when the values differ. If this happens, replace the oven control board (also called clock or ERC).Here is a list of error codes and corrective action that should be taken. Mike

There should be a small valued cap in the primary side (22ufd?) at 250V. Check that. Also, look for other small caps int he range of 2.2ufd with 200V ratings in the same general area.

Sometimes you will need to reinforce the whole circuit with new soldering metal as well. Mass produced circuitry sometimes uses very little of the stuff or uses soldering metal of poor quality.
