Question about HTC G2 Cell Phone
I had a group text MMS...sent to me a few days ago and could not get rid of it. when it was open the phone would not sleep so I would hold on the message and go into "app info" and click "force stop" that would erase the message and the phone would operate properly, but only until another message came on. Now I cant even get it to do that
Maybe the MMS you've received contains a virus or just a system bug. Try to reset your phone settings to default.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
