SOURCE: I've used Google chrome for a long time.

if you were able to use chrome regularly and all of a sudden this error message is coming means that your computer can be infected. You should be doing a manual virus check on your pc
I did that online with a technician and got the virus removed
you can get in touch with them through the website

Do you see the icon in your taskbar on the bottom? If so you should be able to right click on the Google screen and choose minimize or restore. I assume you may have used two monitors at once before?

Screen on side

You can use the desktop toolbar on your computer to help you navigate around your computer, gaining access to programs and files. You may have previously moved the toolbar to the side of your desktop intentionally or accidentally. You can move the toolbar back to its original position at the bottom of the screen and lock it in place to prevent it from being accidentally moved in the future.

Right-click on the toolbar at the side of your desktop with your mouse. Locate the "Lock the toolbar" option in the drop-down menu. If it has a tick next to it, this means it is secured in place. Left-click on the button with your mouse to unlock the toolbar. Left-click on the toolbar, and drag it to the bottom of the screen. Right-click on the toolbar, and select "Lock the toolbar" to fix the toolbar in place at the bottom of the screen. Hope this helps.

I have an hp c 3180. Changed the black ink cartridge, the carriage went left where it is now lodged... I need to get the carriage out where I can check to see if the cartidge is properly seated.

Hi Richard,
Please follow the steps below to make sure that the carriage can move freely and is properly seated. Check the carriage path. Press the Power button to turn the product on, if it is not already on. Open the cartridge access door. The carriage might try to move into the access area at the right. Allow the carriage to move to that position.

1. Open the cartridge door.

2. Wait until the carriage is idle and silent.
3. Without turning off the product, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
WARNING: In the following steps, you move parts by hand. You must disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product to eliminate the risk of an electrical shock and to reset the paper-feed mechanism.

4. Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet or power strip.
5. Look inside the product to see where the carriage is stuck, and then check for any torn paper or other objects that might restrict the carriage.
NOTE: You might need a flashlight to illuminate areas for proper viewing.

6. Remove any loose paper or obstructions found.

7. Reach inside the product through the cartridge door, and then manually move the carriage.
8. If the carriage is stuck on the right side of the product , move the carriage to the left side of the product.
9. If the carriage is stuck on the left side of the product , move the carriage to the right side of the product.
10. If the carriage is stuck in the middle of the product , move the carriage to the right side of the product.
11. Make sure the carriage moves freely across the width of the product. Firmly push the carriage to the left side of the product, and then to the right side.
12. Close the cartridge access door. Close the cartridge access door

Whenever i try to print it does 1/2 page then the cartridge keeps getting stalled on one side. Error message on screen says print cartridge stalled, error message on printer says clear carraige jam. Cannot...

If there's a carriage jam. While the printer is turned on, Open the access door of you printer.
If the carriage is stuck at the left side, try moving it manually by hand to the right most part of the window. If it's stuck on the right, try moving it by hand to the left.
If you've already done that. While the printer is turned on, unplug the power cord from the back. Close the access door. And then plug it back in.
Make sure you restart the computer first just to avoid documents getting stuck in the print queue. Try printing again. Usually it does the trick.

    LEXMARK 2470 PAPER FEEDER PROBLEM

    1. Turn the printer off and open the access cover.
    2. Look for any obstructions in the paper path and remove them if necessary. (It is possible to move the carrier assembly with the power off.)
    3. Turn the printer on, load some paper, and press the Form Feed button. (On the X83, press the Select button.)
    4. Watch the paper as it feeds through and try to determine where the jam is occurring.
    5. Check to see if all the rollers are turning.

If all the rollers are turning, there may be something in the feed path that you can't see. Go to step 6.
If not, there is probably a feed motor or a gear problem and the printer may require service.
    6. If the paper is jamming under the carrier assembly, you may be able to fix it using the manual feed slot.
    7. Turn the printer off.
    8. Take a #10 envelope and feed it through the left side of the manual feed slot until it comes right through the printer to the back of the exit rollers.
    9. Move it up and down first, and then slowly move it over to the right side. If something is stuck under the black guide plate, this may work it loose.

    Good luck....
