Open the refer door, measure the clear interior width, heigth and depth. Divide by 1728 (number of cubic inches in a cubic foot). Answer is in cubic feet (gross, ignore icemakers, bins, etc.). Do the same for freezer side.
I am going to guess that it is going to be around 17 cubic feet since that number is in the model number, at least that is how current models are labeled. Here is a link to a copy of the owners manual if you need it. FFU17FC4CW0 FRIGIDAIRE FREEZER Manual
Here is another link to a page where I looked up the age of your unit and it will give you an idea where to look that up as well.
Normally the first two numbers in the model number are the cubic feet. You have posted 2 model numbers, on appears to be 21 cubic feet and the other is 17 cubic feet.
Check that model number again. It should be posted in the refrigerator section or the freezer section. To get the true capacity, open the compartment door and measure the depth, width, and height inside the compartment. Do this for both the fresh food compartment, and for the freezer. Multiply the dimensions together (D x W x H) in feet. The result will be cubic feet for that compartment. The sum of them both will be the total capacity for the unit.
