The answer to my previous question stated that the "fusible link" may be open. How do I identify the "fusible link" on the unit?

Have been getting error code 99 which indicates a blocked flue, but I've cleared the flue and am getting the same result. your previous answer indicated that the "fusible link" may be open. How do I identify this on the unit?

There could be up three thermal fuses on this type of heater.
please see the attached link and on page 35 there is an electrical schematic showing the three thermal fuses TF1, TF2, and TF3.
A quick test could be done by placing a temporary short across the blue and white wires.
NOTE: this test should only be performed by qualified personnel as there could be dangerous voltages present.
Also the short must be removed after the test, and under no circumstances is the short to be left in place as this will disable all protection devices in this part of the circuit.
If this test enables the unit to operate correctly then the wires will have to be traced to find the exact location of the faulty thermistor.
Thermistor will look like a cylindrical component with a solid wire coming out each end.

My Rinnai 1004F giving me error code 99

This fusible link may be open. Try jumpering the two leads and see if the unit operates. If it does replace the fusible link. Do not operate the unit without the fusible link for an extended period. It is a safety device and is there for a reason. Hope this helps.

Rollout switch is open?

You possibly have a Flaming out problem. Your "One" time rollout sensor needs to be replaced, then the reason for the rollout needs to be identified! Very Important! Get a qualified heater service center out to diagnose this problem. Don't just replace the rollout sensor. Sometimes these are called Fusible Link.

ARE FUSES AND RELAYS THE CAUSE OF MY HEADLIGHTS NOT WORKING?

Given the limited information, the short answer is YES. A fusible link or the car's version of a circuit breaker is responsible for the headlights and other accessories. There may be other things not working that you haven't identified yet. Since it's extremely rare for both headlights to cease working at the same time, either 1 stopped a little earlier and it went unnoticed, or there's an electrical problem (likely a fusible link) that is the cause. It's been my experience that automobile electrical specialists are much better than dealerships or regular service stations at diagnosing these problems. They don't come cheap but it's usually $$$ well spent. Best of luck with your headlight problem.

Getting fire but fuel pump aint running

Check the fuel pump relay/fuse.

Circuit Protection The fuse box is located low on the left side of the dashboard behind a cover, or at the left side kick panel, behind a cover.
Fusible links are located in a holder next to the battery.
The fuse panel is located behind a snap-off cover in front of the driver's left knee.
Fusible links are sections of wire, with special insulation, designed to melt under electrical overload. Replacements are simply effected by removing the old unit and inserting the new into the block. Fusible links are identified by the color of their housing.

Also, your fuel pump may be bad. Check the fuse/relay first.

I dont know which is the fusible for the lights.

Not sure about the colt - but not other dodge has fusible links - all others use cartridge (flat, 2-prong) fuses.

Light turns on, but no heating.

Pull apart again. you will see leads insulated with cloth-like insulation. feel for a bulge or two - usually a fuse is hidden in one of those insulations. Find it test it for continuity. If flown, cut it out, replace or just short out that connection.
