If it is a spring driven clock, then there should be a hole with square shaft in the middle.
On larger clocks the hole is at the front but as yours is a desk clock, the hidden inside the back sound a reasonable alternative.
If there is no key, then you should be able to get one from a clock shop.

HI.First pull out the watch crown when second hand reaches 60th sec.all
hands on the watch will stop.
Second turn the crown clockwise until hands are set to the correct time
Third push the crown in when the second hand on the another time-telling
device reaches 60th second position to restart the watch's hands.
