If the mouse is cordless, it may be that the batteries are in need of replacement...

Batteries are low if the light is flashing. If you don't replace them, pretty soon the light will stop working, but so will the mouse.
Then you'll HAVE to put new batteries in.

Vizio M650VSE powers up, pilot light comes on, logo comes on screen, 10 seconds later, logo goes off of screen, pilot light goes off then flashes 1 time. Which board has the problem?

Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.

If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device, in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

Does it have an alarm?

An easy way to see if you have an alarm is to roll your driver's side car window down and lock it. Reach in, open the door. The alarm should sound. Also, on the Kia's, there should be a LED light located on the top of the dash, close to the windshield, in the center. The LED flashes when the alarm is on. If you do not see an LED light, but a plastic dome, you most likely do not have an anti theft system.

Seems that way. Fact that you saw the logo on screen eliminates the inverter board.

Model 47LN541C. What caused backlight to fail?

Probably the fault is with the led array behind the panel. 47ln541c has direct led lighting than the sided led lighting. Normally the led driver () in an led tv will there integrated to the power supply. As you says that you have replaced that to then there is problem with the led array . I think it would be difficult get the part outside.
check the image to understand how the leds are mounded behind the panel

No wireless connection for laptop. Linksys router - model #wrt160n v2

you can run a direct line to that router and go to the cisco web site and get the information you need to run that router. its a pdf format and is 2.56 Meg. Try this

SecureEasySetup (Orange/White) The Cisco logo is the Router's SecureEasySetup button. It

lights up and will stay orange when the Router is powered on. The color orange indicates that

the Router is not using the SecureEasySetup feature, while the color white indicates that the

Router is using the SecureEasySetup feature. When the Router enters SecureEasySetup

mode, the Cisco logo will turn white and start flashing. After the Router has generated

the SSID and WPA Personal key, the Cisco logo will stop flashing and stay white.

To clear the SSID and WPA Personal key, press and hold down the Cisco logo for five seconds.

The Cisco logo will flash slowly as the Router resets itself. The Cisco logo will turn orange to

indicate a successful reset.NOTE: SecureEasySetup is a feature that makes

it easy to set up your wireless network. If you have SecureEasySetup devices, run the Router's

Setup Wizard CD-ROM and follow the onscreen instructions to use SecureEasySetup.

Power (Green) The Power LED lights up and will stay on while the Router is powered

on. When the Router goes through its selfdiagnostic mode during every boot-up, this

LED will flash. When the diagnostic is complete, the LED will be solidly lit.

DMZ (Green) The DMZ LED indicates when the DMZ function is being used. This LED will

remain lit as long as DMZ is enabled. WLAN (Green) The WLAN LED lights up when

the wireless feature is enabled. If the LED is flashing, the Router is actively sending or

receiving data over the network. 1, 2, 3, 4 (Green) These numbered LEDs, corresponding with the numbered ports on the Router's back panel, serve two purposes. If the LED is continuously lit, the Router is successfully connected to a device through that port. A flashing LED indicates network activity over that port.

Internet (Green) The Internet LED lights up when there is a connection made through the

Internet port. A flashing LED indicates network activity over the Internet port.

Good luck
