It is possible there is a fuse or breaker in the range that has opened. Have you read the manual? You should also give make and model so somebody can help you resolve the problem. Try using Google with your make and model and search for the manual.

I have no electric power (i.e., clock, oven don't work) but the gas works fine.

Older stoves didn't have electric start so pilot stays lit on burners when power goes therefore burner will still light. Oven won't work since it probably needs electric power or has electric starter.

I have a magic chef oven model # 61S04PAW. the

Electric gas igniters sometimes get stuck in one position causing a clicking sound. The clicking sound that you hear is the electric arc that is pulsing from the igniter conductor (wire) to ground (the gas burner). It receives power from the electrical outlet that the stove is plugged into.
Residue from food and sometimes cleaning products may be preventing the igniter from producing a spark (Arc) to the base of the burner. This is a common problem that occurs when the stove has been cleaned or food is allowed to build up. Make sure that the igniter and the burner base are clean and dry. This will help with proper operation. Oven cleaner and a small tooth brush may be used to accomplish this. Another problem with ignition may occur if you have too little (touching) or too much space between the igniter and the base of the burner; it will prevent the burner from igniting. You should only have a little more space than the thickness of a nickel between the burner base and the igniter. A good “blue” arc from the igniter to the burner base is optimal. If this doesn’t work, you may need to replace the electric igniter module. Good luck.

If the gets give no gas then sounds like a Thermocouple, this is a device that allows the gas to come on after a period of time ensuring that the pilot is lit and heated up this thermocouple, once it heats it then allows gas to enter and ignite the main burner..hope this helps ,please leave feedback.

On my gas stove, 3 out of 4 burners light correctly. The 4th however will not light- doesn't show a spark. Though you can use a match to light the burner and it works fine. what gives? Can I do the repair?

Gas stove /electric starter won't click to start cleaned stove

Try cleaning the starter with rubbing alcohol and toothbrush. There might be soap or boiled over residue on the starter. If that doesn't work, try using fine 150 grit sandpaper and gentle clean the starter with it. This problems drove me nuts too. Good luck!
