Broken Screen


If the screen is damaged, I would get it replaced by a local computer repairer. Screens are available through ebay and it takes less than an hour to change.

No turn on


Hard to know the problem without any details.

Is the power supply ok.
Is the monitor ok.
Is the keyboard ok
Do you see any leds on
Is there any sound of hard disk activity

Try to download a copy of the user manual from
http://dlsvr03.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/socket775/P5PE-VM/e2609_p5pe-vm.pdf

and check the status of LED etc.
