Question about Panasonic Audio Players & Recorders
It may be in the wrong format, there are 2 main format for usb hard drives, FAT32 and NTFS. You may have to reformat to a different format to what you currently have. To do this, you will need to plug it into a computer, go to Computer and right click on your drive and select format. Select either FAT32 or NTFS, make sure there is a tick in Quick Format and then click start. Please note, this will erase all data off your USB stick so make sure to copy all your data to your computer before you do this. If it doesn't work, then try the other format i.e if FAT32 does not work try NTFS. And just as a side note, the main difference between the 2 formats is FAT32 will not allow you to copy files over 4GB while NTFS will.
