More information required. What software were you running at the time? Possible you have hardware issues, but more likely it's bad software or your system is infected with something.

Error with cmd.exe

If this is a "blue screen" error then the most likely cause is corrupted or missing files in your Windows XP system folder or you may have faulty RAM memory. Do a system restore from within windows first. If this doesn't solve the problem then do a full system repair using your XP CD. If this fails then you most likely have faulty RAM memory. Try removing all but one of the DIMM modules then reboot with 1 single Dimm module to determine if this is causing the fault.
Feel free to contact me should you need any further assistance.

Probably you are with problem with your RAM memory. Replace it, or , if you have more than one memory card, remove one by one till you find what is damaged.
