I would get a test light and see if the remote line is still working. Otherwise, yes you probably fried it. Doesn't take much in car audio to fry an amp.

Leaf blower won't start. I think it's the module

If you haven't done it already, install a new plug. It's possible you're being fooled by a faulty/fouled plug. A fouled plug may not spark visibly - like if there is dirt down in the recesses of plug around the electrode. It would be a good idea to check it with a new plug before spending $80 bucks for a new ignition module.

All four burners don't spark no clicking from start could it be a fuse

The surface igniters are controlled by a single spark module. If your model number is correct the module lists for about $18 at Just type in your model number and look for item 11 (part number AP4098758) under the "Gas Controls" heading. If the model number is not correct, and you still need assistance, please post back and let me know. I hope this helps you.

Engine will not start

The 3.8 engine has an electronic control module under the coil pack that commonly fails.
The harness connecting to that unit is also often the culprit of many ignition problems ... its wiring harness fills with water or other corrosives and rots away. So be nice when removing it from the coil/ignition module... There are numbers visible w/o removing it you will need when searching for one to replace it... 1668994 or something like that... you may want to check prices for a used ignition module/coil pack at or and try a used one to start...

Kenmore Model #790 - smooth top range

Probably not. It sounds like your broil element burned out. This just happens sometimes. If it is this , it will have visible chunks missing. Yes, It shorted with enough force to blow the main fuse. Unplug it as sometimes it can still be live and sparking when power is restored. Element is fairly cheap usually less than $50 and you can fix it yourself.
