SOURCE: brothers pe150 embroidery machine will not sew

If you tighten up your needle thread, reduce the tension of the needle thread.
For embroidery, and zig-zag, and because the needle makes side movements, it needs more needle thread.
So try to keep you needle thread not very tight,
and tight up your bobbin case tension more, so that the two threads meet under the meterial.

Will not sew continuestly when im embrodering when i press the reverse button

It is completely normal for a Bernina 180 and other Bernina models to stitch just a few stitches and stop after first pushing the reversing button. The reason for this is so you can cut off the extra piece of top thread so it does not get caught up in the embroidery design. After you cut off that extra piece of thread, press the reversing button (hold it in till the machine starts) then it will continue with the design. Assuming you do not have a problem (a message would come up on the screen) or you are out of bobbin thread, the machine will continue to embroider till either the design is finished or it stops because you need to change the upper thread to the next color. Each time you start to embroider it will stitch about 3 or so stitched and stop. Cut off the extra thread and press the reversing button again to continue.
If this is not the problem you are having then you need to describe your problem better, in more detail.
This should help! Bill

The machine is pulling through more bobbin thread than embroidery thread

Sounds like a tension issue. Try rethreading the upper thread first and then lower the upper thread tension.

I have a pr600 brother embroidery machine,it trims the thread too short

Make sure that when your machine stops and cuts that your needle is in the upper most position. Other than that you may need an adjustment from a pro repairman.

My brother pe150 embroidery machine does not pick up bottom thread and wont sew

try changing the needle
rethread the machine--use every thread guide
make sure the bobbin is not warped
make sure the bobbin is inserted correctly in the case
it's very possible that the timing of the machine is off & the machine would need to be checked at a sewing machine shop

Drop the presser footright before you thread the needle. The prevents thread problems during use. 2 Insert a full bobbin and retrieve the bobbin threadthrough the thread plate. Raise your sewing foot and needle to its highestposition; hold the needle thread taught with your left hand, lower the needleinto the thread plate using your right hand, and then raise the needle. As youraise the needle, the needle thread will catch the bobbin thread, and pull itup. There should be a loop of thread intertwined with the needle thread. Usetweezers, your finger, or a straight pin to retrieve the bobbin thread that isvisible through the thread plate, and pull it through the plate. 3 Place the fabric under the presser foot, and drop thepresser foot. Slide theembroidery unit onto the sewing machine with the sewing machine turned off. Connectto the bushing carefully as you slide the embroidery unit onto the sewingmachine. Use your embroidery unit manual if you need assistance. 2 Insert an embroidery card. Your embroidery unitshould contain an embroidery card labeled embroidery card 1. Use that or useanother Pfaff 7570 card that you own. Turn on the sewing machine. 3 Open the bobbin case area just below the threadplate, and lower the feed dogs by pushing the feed dog switch to the right.Press the card button located on the front face of your sewing machine. FY100 embroidery machine

Take a very good look at the upper thread very well because it is possible that it is truly broken because for it to stop working something must have truly happen.

If after careful look and nothing was observe broken, then i advice you carry out maintenance check or service on the machine. This will help in a long way to fix the problem.

Take care

Top color thread showing on bottom of embroidery on a Bernina Deco 330 embroidery machine

Upper tension is too loose or lower tension is too tight. This might be a good thing. It depends upon how much it is pulling the thread under. A perfect tension on embroidery is about 2/3's lower thread and 1/3 upper thread showing on the bottom.
