You should be able to either change your password or contact them for assistance. I'm not sure who NSFAS is but they should have either a "contact" link on their page or near the password, look for "forgot my password". Click on either one of those links. They probably stored your password with your email address so contact them and ask that they reset your password.They will probably send you a temporary password, they you will sign in with that but then you will be required to change your password as soon as you get in.
You probably will not be able to just delete it unless you contact them as they use your email address in association with your password. If you try to create another, you will probably get an error msg that the password is already in use and therefor you will not be able to change anything.
You'll need to either click on the "Forgot my password" button or look for a "contact" link and send them an email.

Best bet is to telephone using the provided number.

Open website and click on "forgot password" then enter mobile number and get verification code and enter verification and get password reset link on you recovery id .

you will have to contact the system admin and let them know that you have forgotten your password, and you need to reset your password. There should also be a "FORGOT PASSWORD" link located below the user name and password.

reboot the computer and hit F8 key continually to access the boot menu
Choose Safe mode
Log in the "Administrator " Account. Password should be blank.
Once logged in, go to control panel....Users account....change an account
Choose yours and change the password.
reboot
