MAINTANANCE M2 MINOLTA BIZHUB 163

Need to have the drum and developer and cleaning blade replaced, then have that M2 counter reset. Resetting the counter with out replacing the drum developer and cleaning blade will cause codes and image problems. Machine uses the counters to determine voltages for certain assy. If you clear the counter and not replace the parts the machine adjust voltages for the drum and developer assuming it new when in reality it is old.

Errorcode cof32

Imaging Unit calibration failure. This code means the machine is seeing a toner concentration in the Imaging Unit that is either to high or too low. This problem can only be resolved by a service technician. Salvaging the existing developer mixture is often not possible. The Imaging Unit will need the the developer replaced and calibrated via the service mode.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.
