Problem : Picture display is not good, it shows Solarized Distorted Picture.
I tried to reinstall the TV and also tried to reset to factory settings but still the problem exists. This TV I bought in Singapore, but since I had return back to India, I brought this TV to my home at Mumbai, India. I contacted the Philips service centre in Mumbai, but they say that this is imported TV so they can't help me because these parts are not available in India and need to be imported. Also they checked the issue but they are not sure whether replacement of mother board will solve the problem. If it does not then they will ask me to buy another parts. I was not sure what to do, so I called another local general TV engineer and after checking he said it may the issue of logic board.
Since you are expert team, I can send you the pictures so that it will easy for you to review and tell me the issue and which parts need to be replaced or provide suitable solution, if any.
Thanks & Regards,
