Greetings; Our experience shows that this is an error with the firmware. One method is to clear the SSD (drive) and test again. Also, check the firmware version on your system. Print a CONFIGURATION PAGE and look in the upper left quadrant of the page for the FIRMWARE. The version should be there along with the date in YYYYMMDD format. Go to the HP.COM site and under support, enter the model and go for downloads and drivers. At the bottom you should see a download for the firmware.
The download includes direction for installation. Best of luck.

Carriage is jammed in the right position, can't move at all.

the ox4d is an error stating that it's not recognising a printer cartridge.

this error can be cleared, by putting the old cartridge using the cartridge replacement process, then powering off both printer and computer, then power both back up again and performing the replacement again.

is the carriage jammed (printer cannot move it?)

No power, no error code

No power, no error code equals a dead dehumidifier. Far too costly to repair. I recommend putting those repair bucks towards a replacement dehumidifier. Frigidaire units are highly rated.

Reduced engine power on

The traction control uses the speed sensor in the transmission and the wheel speed sensors to determine wheel spin. If a wheel spins braking is applied to it so that the power can be transferred to the other wheels. At some point the ECU detected a gross disagreement between the sensors and so as a precaution has entered into a limp home mode. On some systems if the fault is in error it can be cleared by putting the car into drive and moving forward a meter, putting in reverse and going a back a meter and doing this three times. If one or other of the sensors are faulty this process will not allow the error to be cleared. You need to check or have checked the error codes and the speed sensors.

After ejecting a disc and putting in another the tv screen displayed an error occurred and we cannot get the power button to shut off to reset it

Do you have any details on what the error was? If it was a 001 read error, or something related, where you often get a green or blue screen, you simply need to FIRST eject the disc by pressing the eject button, then hold the power button down for about 5 seconds and your Wii will shut down.

My Emachine Pc keeps cutting off

It could be that your power supply is not putting out enough power to keep up with demand. IE.. during high graphics loads. If you upgraded your graphics card without upgrading your power supply, this could be the problem. Most PC's off the shelf are under powered and putting a video card in that requires mass power will really kill a system. Or it may be overheating. Overheating causes a varied number of problems to a PC, most of them permanent.
Also, there is a code to the beeps. The pattern of the beeps will tell you what the error is. Check with the MB manufacturer to find out what they are.

Sylvania zv420SL8 error code E4

The error is actually a catch all for three problems or a better way of putting it three problems can generate this error Sylvania requires that you call them with the error code to get an answer on which of the three errors it could be, However I can tell you from working on these units that the issue has to do with recording laser power.
