Replace the water solenoid valve. It is under the dishwasher, the water supply line connects to it. Turn off the water and the electricity before attempting to replace it to be safe.

Water leaking out of bottom of maytag dishwasher

Maybe it is leaking from the water valve that is just ouside of your dishwasher, There is a flexible line attached to the water valve that goes into the dishwasher where it is also attached. Get a flashlight and look around, if you see the valve see if the connection is leaking. If it is, see if you can tighten it. You can also shut the water to the dishwasher off here. Don't forget to turn it back on after repairs.

Water is coming from the bottom

Take off the panel at the bottem of dishwasher and find leak. If leaking from water supply connection try to tighten it first. If that does not work turn off water under sink and replace warter supply line. You can get a easy to handle braded line at you local hardware store. Replace other leaking parts at www.repairclinic.com.

F1 code how to fix and re-set

Is this happening with both drawers or just one.

You have water leaking into the base of the dishwasher under the drawer.

Most likely the drawer seal is leaking.

The flood switch is located at the base of the dishwasher and this needs to be dried.

Turn power off and take the bottom drawer out. Dry base with towels and hair dryer. Turn power back on without putting the drawer back.

Run top drawer to see if any water is leaking.

Water leaks can be due to faulty seal or drain hoses cracked.

Hope you are able to fix it.

Dishwasher leaks from bottom

You must first determine exactly where the water is coming from. The water supply line may be loose or cross-threaded. The overflow float may be stuck in the down position. This will allow the machine to over-fill and leak. The door seal may be worn or off-position. The drain line may be loose or have a hole in it. The wash tub may have a crack in it that needs to be sealed. A gasket around the motor or the heating element may be loose or split.
Get a flashlight. Remove the bottom panel. Start the cycle. Get comfortable on the floor and watch closely. This may be a simple fix. Something like tightening a loose hose. Good luck

Bottom fills with water, line not clogged

This means that the outlet valve or the drain motor is faulty or their is a leak in the pipe between them and the machine.

Sounds like it's running but no water seems to be getting to it

Your drain m ay be clear but it sounds as though the dishwasher line may now be clogged, remove the dishwasher drain line from the trap below the sink and check for leaks. You drain nthe dishwasher into a bucket.
