When i start using my laptop , suddenly white screen and forcible shutdown,.

It sounds like it's overheating, make sure the airways are clear of dust and listen for the sound of the fan inside, this could have failed..
if the processor overheats it automatically cuts out and what you describe is exactly that..
good luck !

Hi, I have a toshiba A300-035 psagoc-03501c I own it since 2 years. I was doing normal work, when it suddenly started to smell kind of burn smell. And a blue screen appeared and nothing. Now, i...

Hi there! Normally, in this case, since the laptop just had a burning/burnt smell, it does suggest that something has been burnt inside it. It could be the motherboard itself or the processor.

If this laptop is still under warranty, you can try calling Toshiba Support line to have it taken care of. Normally, it will require for you to ship it over to their Depot, and from there they will be able to know which part/parts are bad and have it replaced.

Although, if this is NOT under warranty anymore, you will need to pay for the said hardware replacement.

Whichever way, I would strongly recommend for you to contact Toshiba so that they can give you options on how to fix your laptop.

HI:
Try taking out the battery and leaving the unit unpluged and free of power for at least ten minutes. Then try restarting the unit normally, if the screen is still white then this means it is not receiving data from the graphics processor, if so then this is a indication of a faulty video processor or graphics chip, you may of gathered static electricty while walking across carpet that may of shorted the chip. In which case the only thing that can be done is to either replace the mother board in the unit or send it to toshiba for repair and replacement of the main board, you may want to contact Toshiba first before going futher as they may have a solution for you.

There's nothing appear on my Toshiba Satellite A135-S2386 monitor

Hi There , it might be a Ram issue, reseat your RAM module's if that still doesn't work, remove your Hard Drive, start up your machine, and see if anything gets displayed on the screen, if your can see something on the screen, then I would suggest you get you motherboards tested, cause that would cause it to do that

Good Luck

Please take some time to rate this level of service at the end!

Thank you

This sounds to be an issue with the processor. Try removing the processor, blowing it off, and reseating it firmly and properly. Put it back together and see if this cures it. Keep in mind that a malfunctioning processor can cause an overheating problem just as easily as a fan or heatsink.
