I have a Mitsubishi wd-60735 TV. it is in an unheated garage. Will the cold winter temperatures damage anything? Do I need to bring it inside?

it used to be an issue from when older projection TV's were fluid cooled , but modern lcd projection tv (like this one) don't have any issues in cold weather other than it will take several minutes till picture comes into focus in extreme cold weather , but should not give any long lasting effects once its up at operating temps one thing though don't move it once its hot during cold weather or lamp light source will go out , one thing that will cause long term problems is if its subjected to high humidity (water) this causes all sort of corrosion problems in sets of all types

The bolt release is not functioning on remmington 887

Make sure that you gun is well lubed. Some times after cleaning we can forget to properly lubricate the bolt and associated parts. Also a light lube might tend to freeze in cold weather making it harder to operate correctly. Use a heavier lube in cold weather as lighter lubes will freeze and make firing the rifle impossible.

Will not idle in cold weather

Try some gas line anti-freeze. Add a bottle to a full tank of good fuel (high octane from exxon, BP ect.). Also add a bottle of fuel system cleaner. I recommend sea foam. Keep the anti-freeze in your vehicle during cold weather. You will see a difference!

LCD screen keeps freezing

1 or more of the cold cathode must have been busted, the reason why a portion of your screen is brighter. It could also be the ballast transformer. It is also the reason why your screen stops when it warms up. Deffective cold cathode and its ballast has direct effect on the power supply. Replace all deffective cold cathode and ballast, and resolder all terminals connected at the surface of the power supply board. Be very careful with the ballast transformer, its input is 12 volts and high voltage output.

Refrigerator/freezer in garage not freezing

Most refrigerator Manufactures have tested these machines in hot and cold weather and weather will effect operation and electricity consuption.
As far as cold weather goes It would run much better in cold weather than hot. As far as it being in the garage : It will wear on it faster. The humidity is not good on them and they get more dirt through the system and will need its normal mantenance more often. not to mention bugs and rodents like to find a warm place to hid with fee dinking water and a refrigerator provides that for them.

Can the tv be left in cold weather

The issue is not so much the temperature, but the moisture present in the air. When these sets are manufactured and transported all over the country, they sometimes are in freezing temperatures without problems. Taking a set from a cold environmetn (shed for example) and bringing it into a warm house would not be good. The cold TV would "sweat" as the humidity in the air condensed on the boards and components. This could cause potential problems. In short, as long as you give the set time to acclimate to the room, it should be fine.

2001 sebring LXi - Steering sticks in center when cold. After driving short while or in warm weather no probblem. The longer is sits or the colder the weather the harder it is to move from center.

What do you mean by stick? It doesn't turn at all or it is just harder to turn?

Also how cold? Posting your question in May, I don't think you mean freezing winter cold unless you live in the southern hemisphere.

For freezing cold temperatures, it is not uncommen to get harder steering especially if you have old contaminated power steering fuild. At freezing cold temperature, power steering fluids gains vescosity and it is harder for the pump to circulate it, but the problem should go away as the engine warms up. I would suggest that you replace you fluid with a fresh approved one.

I leave Michigan for the entire winter and there is no heat in the house, will below freezing weather hurt my lcd tv. Also can i store the tv in a flat position.

If you mean flat so you can slide it under a bed for example so it's not visible to someone looking through the windows, then that is fine. The easiest way to do it is lay a blanket on the floor, lay the TV onto the blanket on its back and put another blanket over the screen to help keep dust off it, then slide the whole thing under the bed.
The below freezing I cannot comment on, I live in Australia were cold means anything thats not over 30 degreess celcius =)
