Freezer drainage pipe was blocked with Ice.So you can do Two thing You can poure some hot water to that drain pipe Or you have to switch off and keep fridge for minimum 4 hours.if you are using hot water, before that you have to switch off fridge and very slowly pure the water to drain pipe.If it's not working you have to change the dip switch in the fridge

Why does my fridge not work on my fridgefreezer and my freezer does

HI Dean,
All the cold air is generated in the freezer and pushed to the refer side by a fan. With that being said, with an obstructed air channel the refer suffers. So you will need to determine how the air flow is obstructed. Do you have ice on the back wall of the freezer? If so, defrost could be the problem, if not, has the units door been left open? If so, you will need to remove the air flow restriction. To further help you, I need a model number, and answers to the questions above to understand what you see so I can direct you in the right direction and repair.Good Luck

sounds like the water switch is stuckopen or the valve is. Is the water going to the icemaker or thru the door. If the icemaker is overflowing and doesnt shut off then unplug unit, still coming in change the valve. Not coming in then look at the switch.
