Right mouse click on photo's while on facebook, should have a "save as" option after the right mouse click. Pick your file name location to move these photo's.

Maybe your intalled software doesn't install successful .You can check it and see if there is something wrong with your memory card .Or the file format is support your computer .

Just hook the camera up with the supplied cable to any xp, vista, or 7 computer and the drivers should already be on the computer to transfer photos over to the hard disk drive of the laptop or desktop in question.

Took photos and the memory card was loose and did not retain them


You can transfer the photos from your camera memory to a folder on your desktop, then you go to my computer, click on the camera icon (removeable drive) then choose the dcim folder and drag the files that you copied to your desktop onto the memory card
