You are asking for a generic answer regarding a non-generic subassembly...in effect asking for an amana maytag service person to provide a free answer. In such a situation as that it is always advisable to include a photo with your question...so people will be able to see the problem. Use the add and image command just below the text input box.

Amana dryer not heating, replaced Thermal Cut off, High limit thermostat and Thermal Fuse, and new breakers in fuse panel

Hello, Before you replaced all those parts did you check each with a multimeter by performing an ohms test or measuring for continuity? By doing this it would tell if any of the parts that you had replaced were at fault. You can also conduct the same test on the heater as well. when performing any ohms or continuity test make sure the unit is unplugged and that you also unplug the part as well from the wires that are connected to it. I await your reply if you have any other questions. Thank you
Rick

No heat/ heating element needs replacement!! How do u replace!! I looked at a video, but the dryer i saw wasnt like mine!!

Is it possible the dryer vent that runs from the dryer to the outside of the house is clogged with lint. This happens to us. Just thought I would suggest this, in case you weren't sure if it was the heating element or not. Good luck!

My amana oven will not heat up. Thought it was

More than likely your going to need a new thermostat or control. Likely when the element burned up it shorted out the control. Check that everything else is working good like the broil element and the top burners. If so there is only two other option the control for baking or the wiring from the control to the element you just replaced.

Dryer willnot heat

heating eliment is most likely burned out. Better off getting new dryer. But if that is not an option then call a repair person that can replace the heating element.
