In Vermont I can get 200-400 for this unit. Make sure you include the vent kit that came with it. The new will not fit the old one anyway.

Hi William, it's Jack at Dyson.

How do you remove the base from the dyson am05

Hi there, it's Jack at Dyson.

AM05's base is secured in place by a catch - you should see this if you look at the underside of the machine. You can open the catch at the same time as rotating the base to remove it.

If you'd like one of our experts to talk you through this you're welcome to contact us directly. You can reach us on 0800 298 0298 (UK), 1-866-693-9766 (US), 1-877-397-6622 (CA) or 1800 239 766 (AU)
