you can not use an copyrighted article as if it was your own.
i would think you can use the article or parts of it to say that there others that are of the same opinion or not as you and refer to the article, say who wrote it,where it was published. If you got it from the Internet you would be doing right thing by saying from which site and when you downloaded it.
