Question about Epson ACULASER CX11NF All-In-One Printer
My cx11nf is print occassionally printing a vertical stripe of color down the center of the page. Sometiimes its a while page in length sometimes not. It does not happen on every page. The stripe seem to include the whole spectrum of color, with gradations from one color to another. Sometimes it will only happen on 1 out of 10 pages. Its not consistant. Sometimes the stripe appears more as a ghost shadow but still with the gradations of shades.
I tried cleaning the lens and it didn't help. The problem first occured a few months ago after the installation of 3 new color toner cartidges and a new PCU. I know that makes the PCU suspect, but its still fairly new and very expensive and I wanted some feedback before I went to the trouble and expense of getting a new one. Does the result as described point to the PCU or could it be something else?
Yes absolutely the PCU problem, contact your nearest shop to check the PCU before anything will happen to your printer.
Please rate me solved you decide to check the PCU. Don't look for another solution because I got already the right answer which already suspected at your own guest.
