You can turn Off Safe Mode by following the steps below:
1. Click "Start"
2. In the Search box, type msconfig
3. When msconfig appears in the search list, right-click on msconfig application and click "Run as administrator"
4. In the System Configuration window that comes up, go to "Boot" tab
5. Now, go to Boot options on the window, and uncheck "Safe boot" option.
Now check if the issue is resolved.
