Question about Computers & Internet
This may not the proper way but I have used it for years. Scroll to the bottom of what you want deleted, left click at the end of the last sentence and scroll up over all of it then just "delete" it should clear everything out.

Hi, I think it may Helpful to you
Try to format the phone memory, but this will erase all your data, so, first save the info you need- contacts, photo, etc.
1) Factory defaults-
Type *#7780# on your standby screen.
This will reset all your setting to default factory settings. User data wont be affected. (Default Lock code is 12345)
2) Soft reset-
This will reset the phone as well delete user data. Use when want to format the phone.
There is a rate option "Was this helpful?" Yes or No.
If you are helped you can rate, that is your choice
