Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: Deleted all my songs, and talks about freeing 6MB?

Reset your player back to normal. Note that this will delete all files you have on your player, but it resets the player as if you just bought it. To do a safe reset, please make sure that your player is only a Sansa E250, not Sansa E250R. Here is the link that resets your player back to normal. http://forums.sandisk.com/sansa/board/message?board.id=smc&thread.id=755
If you understand it carefully, you will have no problems. I recommend you read it one by one so that your player doesn't get bricked (kind of un-repairable) because the steps you followed were wrong.

SOURCE: Turn on mp3 player and push music then it says please free up 50mb of space to refresh the player can anyone help?

The mp3 needs a certain amount of space to work. In your case iit needs 50mb out of your selected size allocated. For example, you may have a 2gb mp3 player, but it needs 50mb to work. All mp3 players are like this. It means you have too much stuff on it.

I've loaded all my music into ITunes on my MacBook using the largest file size. Now I can't fit everything I want into my Ipod. Can I resize the files in ITunes without having to delete everything and...

You can change the import setting. iTunes->Preferences->General. Click on Import Settings. From here you can change the bitrate to something lower. Or if you are using a AAC Loseless, you can change it to AAC 128kbps. After changing the setting to something else, you can now convert your music. From you music list you can select multiple files and select Create (New File Type) version. iTunes-> Advanced-> Create AAC Version.
After you create a new version of these songs, you should be able to fit them onto your device. It all really depends on weather how you have your songs encoded to start with.

Deleting unwanted songs

The Sansa M200 series devices do not allow deletion of downloaded content directly from the device. You must connect he device to PC/Mac via USB to delete downloaded content. You will also need to use media software such as Windows Media Player, Rhapsody, iTunes, etc.. to see all of the music content on the player to be able to delete the songs you don't want. (i.e. just viewing the device in Windows Explorer might not show everything that is on he player.)
