Question about Samsung Galaxy Cell Phones
Cange I change service provideers on a used cell phone
Maybe. Some phones are 'unlocked' and can be used on any network. Some phones can be 'unlocked'. Others are locked and cannot be used on another network. Go to an independent cell phone store and ask them what they can do for you with your phone. Go to a service provider store and they may have a trade-in offer for your old phone.
