Question about Primera Technology LX900 InkJet Label Printer
I've tried turning it off and on, but maybe the label stock is too thin? It is 1.625" wide..
There is an sensor position adjustment, from where you can adjust the position of the sensor that detects the gaps between labels. If the labels are thin, you will need to adjust the sensor, so that to be under the label. The minimum label width that you can use is 0.75" (19mm). Check the picture below:

If it is ever necessary to return the printer configuration to factory default values, press the FEED
key and PAUSE Key at the same time while turning the power on. The default values will remain
active until the printer power is turned off. To save the default values in memory, press the MODE
key four times. The Darken, Position, and Calibrate LEDs will cycle on and then off indicating the
values have been saved.
If this does not work then you have a fualty logic board which write off the printer
