I only know standard inches - are there some other kind ?

35mm is the metric equivalent of 1.3779527 inches, to seven decimal places.

If you want the conversion in inches (to two decimal places) it would be:

84 x 90mm = 3.30 x 3.54 inches.

60 x 65mm = 2.36 x 2.55 inches.

If you need to convert to different unit of measurement the following website provides virtually every type of measure you could probably ever need.

Say you have a repeating decimal number 0.714285 714285 714285 etc. You identify the period (the repeating part) and in this case it is 714285.

You count the number of decimal places in the period: here it is 6. Your equivalent fraction is

Fraction= period/(99...9) where the number of 9's in the denominator is equal to the number of decimal places in the period. For this case, that is 6.

Thus

0.714285 714285 714285 etc.= 714285 / 999999

Reduce the fraction and you will find 5/7

This technique works for a repeating decimal number where the period starts just after the decimal mark.

If the periodic part does not start right after the decimal mark there are modifications to be made.

Hello,

There is no fraction button. Any division of two integers you do is represented as a decimal number. If you want your fraction to remain a fraction you enter it as follows

**7[ / ] 19 [ MATH][1:ToFrac] [=] displays 7/19**

If you want to convert a decimal number into a proper fraction press**[MATH][1:ToFrac] .**

Exemple 7/19 [ENTER] gives .36842105. If without doing anything else, you press [MATH][1:ToFrac] you recover 7/19.

There are limitations related to the number of decimal digits in the floating point number.

.3684 [MATH][1:ToFrac][=] gives 921/2500 but

.36842 [MATH][1:ToFrac][=] gives .36842 : it is not converted to fraction.

Hope it helps

if you mean degrees like the degree/minute/second thing:
lets say you have 24.12
there is a button that has a dot, and 3 commas (it's located next to the negative button) that will convert that number to degrees. input your decimal, press the equal sign, and then press that degree button and it will convert 24.12 to degrees, minutes, and seconds. the solution is 24 degrees, 7 minutes, and 12 seconds.
