the under neath pull drawer open by pass is jammed
some plastic has broken or a clip interlock
you need to take the drawer out and examine it all carefully for broken bits

Go to PGR, hit tm/sbtl, then hit 64 (black keys) @10 (black keys again), tm/sbtl. Then go to x1/z1 and hit decimal point and then ca/at/ns. Do the same with x2/z2.

E32 means no one has signed on to use the machine.Try 1 then CLK# button.
