Cooler Compressor runs but cooler won't get cold?

If the compressor kicks in then check the lines to see if they are cold. It is possible the compressor burnt out from leaving the door open. Purchase a sensor alarm to alert you if the door is left open.

We have a Coldtech Beverage Cooler that doesn't seem to be keeping the drinks as cold as it did? Possible problem?

Dirty condenser coils will compromise cooling. Do a good hoovering around the coils and make sure the condenser fan motor air flow is not restricted.
