Try these suggestions
1. Change the needle--use a needle that's for the fabric being sewed
2. Rethread the machine--top --make sure to use every thread guide
3. try a different bobbin--make sure bobbin is inserted correctly into the bobbin case
& make sure the bobbin is turned the correct way in the bobbin case
4. make sure the thread has not come off the thread take up lever
5. Clean under the needle plate & in the bobbin area for lint or threads
6. Check to make sure the bobbin is not warped or damaged
7. Make sure the bobbin case is correctly in the machine,, if it's a top loading bobbin you may need to have the bobbin case checked to see if it's damaged or see if the hook and hook race has a problem
8. Make sure the top thread tension is on the correct setting for the fabric being sewed.
9.Also could be a timing problem, and the machine would need to be checked.

Top threat bunching up under material

Either the top tension is too low, bottom tension is too high or you have not lowered the pressure foot.

Fee motion quiltng thrad breaks on top and bunches onthe bottom

Likely the thread is catching somewhere. Of course there's no detail here and no machine model. Might be using a model that won't do FMQ

Embroidering in blue thread, and the white bobbin thread was coming through on the material. Adjusted the tension to -8, sprayed the bobbin casing and area lightly with WD40, changed the bobbin, changed...

The white bobbin thread was showing on the top of the material correct? Make sure bobbin thread is in the tension correctly, check the top thread spool and make sure thread is not caught around it, if you have a manual top tension make sure that is set correctly. Personally I would never use wd40 in a sewing machine, sewing machine specific oil is always better. You seem to be describing two different problems. The thread bunching is probably from the thread jump out of the take up lever.

Thread bunching and bobbin winder quit

This sounds a lot like you've forgotten to lower the presser foot. (this leaves the tension discs open and causes serious issues below the material.) Double check that and if still having issues post again.

The top thread just hangs and knots on bottom of material

try changing the needle-flat side goes to the back of the machine
check to see if the thread has come off the thread take up lever
try rethreading the machine top thread & bobbin
clean under the needle plate area & also in the bobbin area for lint or loose threads

When i sew the bobbin thread bunches up. what to do?

remove the thread and bobbin.
take out your manual and follow the exact instructions for threading and inserting bobbin.

If this does not help check the tension on the top(the number should be about mid way).
If it is too low it will bunch up on the bottom.
