Well, a 'FINE' cartridge usually refers to a standalone black or tri-colour cartridge which is visible with the printhead attached to it usually functions exclusively in two cartridge printers. Whilst, according to http://www.canonprintersupportnumbers.com/ professionals, only Canon original cartridges can easily carry the 'FINE' branding. The Canon printer error message appears because the printer has recognized the cartridge on some level and does not even indicate a problem with the cartridge itself. Seth, I cut n' pasted the following information from Google:
The E07 (not E007) error message appears when your Canon Pixma printer detects that the "FINE Cartridge is not installed in the correct position". A 'FINE' cartridge refers to a stand alone black or tri-color cartridge (with a print head attached) that is used exclusively in two cartridge printers. While only Canon original cartridges carry the 'FINE' branding this message does not mean your printer will only accept brand new cartridges and refilled/re-manufactured or compatible cartridges can also be used to resolve this message.
The E07 message will commonly appear after changing an ink cartridge. To clear it we simply need to ensure that one each of the black and color cartridges are installed and that they are installed in the correct place. Please take the following steps:
I hope this remedies your problem...................................Gary

I assume you have a Canon copier based on the E007 error code. The Fuser fixing film is torn and the Fixing film assembly or the entire fuser should be replaced. Very common issue.......You cannot reset that code without first replacing the part causing the code.

I appreciate your post, friend!
I see that you are having an issue with your Electrolux cooktop displaying a "E07" and shutting off. An "E07" code stands for an issue with your key sensor timer and this could be a potential problem with your right, left, or center board. This may not be a simple DIY job and I would highly recommend having a professional technician come out to diagnosis your cooktop. The technician will have the appropriate tools needed for properly diagnosing your cooktop. This step will help you to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. Hopefully this information is helpful. -Matt
