PCB stands for Printed Circuit Board, it holds the electrical components and also forms connections between components.

2 red lights after x clamp replacement

It means basically that the xbox is starting tio overheat fast. what sometimes happens is those x-clamps have to be tightened in a sequence and tight as possible but not too tight to crack the board or cut the small PCB traces. Open up the console again and just have a look underneeh the motherboard make sure there are no torn green pcb traces ( put simply green lines that connect to a silver blob of solder ) and make sure the screws are tight enough.
