Depends on where you ordered it from. If it's a place like Amazon.com, you can go in and stop the order if it hasn't been shipped. If it's been shipped, the only option you have is to wait for it to arrive, contact seller and get a return label and send back. If you can, call customer service at the place it was purchased. Go to the "contact us" on the company's website.
