First remove the negative battery cable at the battery. My lumina was a little newer than yours but for me it was easier to do from underneath the car. So if you can run it up on ramps or jack it up and use jack stands that is what I would recommend. You just remove the wires and make note of which ones went where. Remove the mounting bolts and out it comes.

This is an ignition coil may have gotten wet or could be faulty very common fault on this car, sometimes you can disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and it will reset the cars computer thats if you have an engine light on, 1320 would normally cause a misfire and in most causes you have to buy a new coil.
remove support brace and washer tank, 3 bolts in brace, 1 bolt and a push in retainer in washer tank, 1 battery hold down bolt, tilt battery up on small side to remove
remove air cleaner assembly, remove the 2 bolts from cross brace, then move brace out of the way, if necessary remove windshield washer tank,remove battery,now you have access to horn!!
