Need jvc rm-c2020 lcd remote

If you want to buy an original remote control, you have to contact the authorized service center for JVC. They only can provide it to you. If you want to buy one universal remote control, check the remote controls' code list attched with it to know whether it has setup codes for JVC brand TVs. The setup codes for JVC TVs are: 0060 0026 0197 0069 0247 0923 0012 0065 0067 0141.
Check the site linked here to get more details about universal remote controls and their code list, setup proceedings etc: Do a search by entering the brand name to your device by its search box at top right of the display window, because, posts are not arranged in alphabetical order, but by brand name at first.

I have had two bleach dispenser valves fail in the past two years on my Neptune TL washer. They simply won't dispense the bleach from the reservoir. Is there any underlying problem that may cause...

Maybe the water channel leading to the dispenser valve is not aligned......lid bowed? See Pic

""I have had two bleach dispenser valves fail in the past two years on my Neptune TL washer. ""

Describe fail......did you replace the valves or a repair service?

If you did the work what troubleshooting did you do on the valves? Did you check for 120VAC applied to the valve in Service Mode? Maybe the relay that applies 120VAC to the valve is not functioning or working intermittently........see pic of schematic of Control Board K3 is the Bleach Dispenser relay that applies 120VAC to that dispenser valve. Is it working 100% of the time? If not it may be a Control Board or connector issue ......but you need to troubleshoot.

Did you power up your old dispenser valves with a 120VAC cheater cord on the work bench to verify operation Open/Close?

I'm an owner not a appliance repair tech but have a electronics technical background.

Iam Trying to set a JVC remote to my TV but I dont have the manual for the remote. I think the remote model is 076N0ES010 it came with a VCR.

The 076N0ES010 came with two different JVC VCRs (HR-A591U and HR-A592U). The remote does not come with multiple codes and will only control JVC TVs. It's possible that it will not control JVC TVs after the VCRs were made (2003 is the listed release date for the HR-A592U). The manual for the HR-A591U is here: http://resources.jvc.com/Resources/00/00/98/82885ien.pdf . See page 11 of the pdf.

You will need a different universal remote to control the VCR and the TV together. Alternatively, control each device separately.

I wish that I had better news for you.

MY T.V PIC WENT OUT. I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE T-CON BOARD. I HAVE SOUND . NO PIC

The person who told you it was the T-Con board may be right. Fixing TVs however is not something that most people can do themselves, even if they can find the parts. if you want to try it yourself, you will need to find the service manual for your model, and follow the testing steps to track the problem down, if you don't know how to use a multi-meter, then don't even try. Find out if it is under warranty, if not take it to a repair shop, or just replace it.

Grindmaster pic 2 Hot drink machine is blowing fuse when power turned on. All electrical components appear to be fine.

I have had the same problem with this machine, luckily I had another unit that I could swap out parts for troubleshooting. In my case, one of the dump valves coming off the tank had failed, this ended up causing the control board to fail as well. The dump valve wasn't too expensive, around 70$ as I recall, but the control board was over 300$. Pricey, but considering the machine itself retails for over 1900$, cheaper than a new one. Hope it works out.

Bleach will not dispense

You will need the Service Manual for reference. Sears Parts Direct for reference.

Do you have water flow to the dispenser? You can turn on the dispenser water valve in Service Mode and check for operation.

Non technical troubleshooting would be to enter Service Mode (page 14 of the Service manual) by Pressing Enviro Plus and Spin Only keys (simultaneously) for three seconds or until the control beeps.

Now go to page 16 to Service Manual and enter Board Output Test by pressing the Delicates key. This will lock the lid. Now press the Bulky Items Key. The Control Board will send 120VAC to the bleach dispenser water valve. Did you hear the Solenoid hum? If so and you have no water flow diverted to the Bleach dispenser the solenoid valve may be stuck closed. If you did not hear the solenoid valve hum the solenoid field coil may be open.

Final technical troubleshooting as a technical owner of the machine would be to take my DVM and verify 120VAC from the Control Board to the Bleach dispenser valve.

See page 36 lower left hand corner is the Bleach/Softener dispenser valve.

The Part Number for the Dispenser Valve is 25001043 Google for best price. Post back if you have questions..........Rich

TV will not turn on

If the TV goes in standby, then it is in protection mode.

Ensure also that the fault is not coming from a faulty receiver box sending
bad signal, check if you get same problem on DVD with no receiver box
connected.

Try first leaving the TV power cord unplugged for some times, let say one hour or so.

The flashing light indicates a diagnostic state called protection.
When the TV goes on protection there are only two possible causes.

1The internal circuits are jammed because of electrostatic charges accumulating on capacitors, or because of a wrong voltage read by the main chip on your monitor controller board. this started the protection circuit.

2 The protection circuit detected a wrong voltage or abroken contact, identified an internal fault and kicked in , starting the flashing light.

If you are in situation one, then the TV will reset just unplugging power cord for one or two hours, sometimes even minutes.

If you are in situation 2 , then there is an internal fault.

If under warranty contact the manufacturer ringing the number on the user manual

If you want to repair at your own expenses, just locate any good qualified repairer.

If you want to DIY you find parts here,

LCD/Plasma Electronic Replacement Parts: Plasma & LCD TVs, Appliances |

On LCD Pay particular attention at inverter and power board, power board can be inspected looking for bulged or leaking capacitors, then tested with a multimeter. The inverter is more difficult to test , there is need to read voltages, should be done by a tech. Also the LCD controller board can cause same problem

On Plasma, test Sustain (Ysus/Zsus) / Buffer boards , cables to plasma, digital board and power board.

On Rear Projection : check lamp, lamp ballast, power board, and convergence.

On CRT TVs, check ballast , flyback transformer, CRT, Tuner, Convergence.

Neptune TL error code op

This forum member’s solution is going in the right direction I’m going to give you a bit more info to troubleshoot the issue if you want to DIY the repair. You have lost signaling from the left lid lock to the control board. The lid magnet could be out of position here is a quick check to try. Raise the lid then press Spin Only key, press on and you should throw the OP alarm to the console. With the lid open place a magnet on the left bumper as shown in this pic. If the OP alarm fails to clear we rule out the lid magnet as out of position.
f2ba478.jpg

Next step is to raise the washer top as shown on page 34 of the Service Manual
The Service Manual for reference. Sears Parts Direct for reference.
To raise the top of the machine insert a flat blade putty knife approximately 2.5” from the left and right sides of the washer top, depress the spring tabs securing machine top to the washer base. See page 33 of the SM for putty knife insertion point.

Disconnect the washer power cord. We can try to reseat the Left Lid Lock a couple of times to see there is there is corrosion causing a issue. Removing the plug is difficult so be careful. See page 34 of the SM, the plug you are going to reseat is shown in the pic on page 34 next to the tech’s thumb in that pic. After reseating a few times power up the machine try a Spin Only cycle, close the lid and hit the on button and see if the left lid lock is signaling the control board that the lid is closed. If you still take the OP alarm then it’s time to remove the left lid lock and inspect for corrosion or a broken wire on the magnetic reed relay. Some owners have found that corrosion has caused the soldered lead ends on the on the magnetic reed relay to break off. They can be soldered back on. See pic’s for corrosion issues and the lead that has broken off the magnetic reed relay.

Follow the SM to remove the left lid lock be careful when you release the tabs on the left lid lock case halves for inspection they break of very easy. Post back if you still need help. If you need to replace the left lid lock here is the part number 25001048 and a link, another. Good luck.
