I received a phone call asking if I would like to receive my mail through e mail, I would like this but I did not get all the info

If I understand your situation correctly, it sounds like you were being offered the opportunity to switch from postal mail to email. This would be the case for a specific bill or notice that you get on a regular basis (like a cable bill, or a credit card company, for example). Vendors save money when you allow them to bill you this way. This is a service offered by the individual companies that provide you with a service.
If you prefer this, you can contact your individual agencies and ask them if they offer this "paperless" billing method.

How can i open my email? where will i go?

  1. Figure out which mail is most current. If that is not possible, then just gather a few handfuls or boxes of mail and put in the center of your work space. Have a couple of garbage bags on hand. Have a pen and paper ready. You can choose to have paperless mail in some of your credit card accounts and bank accounts, so it may be wise to choose that option. Often you can be put in some kind of lottery if you go paperless.
  2. Begin opening mail. Rip up any junk mail and place the debris in the garbage bags. Make a pile for junk mail. Make a pile for automobile insurance. Make a pile for medical bills. Make a pile for debt collectors and creditors. Make a pile for student loans bills. Make a pile for utilities and bank statements.
  3. Start organizing your bills into these separate piles. Make a pile for the most urgent mail. Use your planner to write down who you need to contact immediately. Don't get sidetracked and start making calls right away. Just jot down who you need to call. Make an appointment for debt counseling if you have been putting that off.
  4. Make a note of the bills for department stores and utilities that are available online. Set up scheduled payments for at least the next four or five months. Try to make sense of the medical bills. If they have gone into collection try to decipher if you had medical coverage at the time, and if the provider had the wrong medical provider for you. Call up each physician and make sure that they have the correct insurance information on hand.
  5. Start putting the torn envelopes in the garbage. Make sure you get rid of any statements or bills that you don't need anymore. If your service is available online, there is no need for a paper copy.
