With all dishwashers when you press knob or push button, they first start to empty out any remaining water. If yours isn't doing this it could be that your pump has clogged, or has died altogether. So at the point your at the answer is yes. Check all the lines to and from your pump to discharge. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

SOURCE: dishes don't get clean!

The problem is probably that the chopper/cutter filter is pluged. It needs to be cleaned
1. Remove bottom basket. Remove top basket (Pop off 'keepers' at the ends of the slidding shelf supports.
2. Remove bottom washing arm. Unscrew (Gently but firmly) the centre post. Lift arm assembly out.
3. Remove overhead conduit. One screw at back and one at the top (Philips #2 bit). Rotate the whole assembly 45 deg to right (Clockwise) and lift off of the centre post. It can then be taken apart and cleaned.
4, Remove centre post (pull straight up). Remove 4 screws (Star T-20 bit). Lift whole assembly out. Pop off the screen (Flat blade screwdriver around the edge) and clean.
5. Remove cap over cutter/chopper. There is a single screw at front left (Under assembly remover in 4. Remove screw (Star T-15 bit) and cap (Needs some wiggling to free it up). Remove cutter & filter. It is on a spring loaded pin. Pull the cutter blade foreward and lift the filter disc straight up. Clean thoroughly. I then ran a 'quick rinse' cycle with everything out.

SOURCE: Hi there . Beko DWD4310

I can see a couple of possibilities as to why the on/off light is not turning on.

Either the door switch is faulty or the thermal fuse is blown.
I do not have access to a service manual - so cannot provide the actual details of the location of either of these parts.

Anyone know anything about a beko dcrs76w tumble dryer not heating up? We have changed element & thermostat & cleaned filters etc but its still not working

Here are two ideas that might help, in the United States.
1) Someone sharp with an electric meter should check each and every place that should have electricity and see if there is any.
Start with the plug on the wall.
There should be 3 or 4 holes in the outlet for the plug that plugs in.
Two of the 3 holes, or two of the 4 holes should show a 110 -115 volt availability.
The other one or the other two are ground.
If only one shows current, you have a fuse or circuit breaker that is blown or "popped".
This is because one of the 110 volt lugs or wires makes the motor and controls work, and the other 110 volt lug is for the heating element alone.
2) If the 2 are showing current, go to the back of the machine and test the machine at it's wire connection.
Then, test each and every wire inside the machine for continuity.
There could be a wire burnt in two, a wire unhooked, a heating element with an "open", or thermostat that is intermittent.
God bless your efforts.

Neff extractor fan not working

Hi rags116,

I'm Harvey the Master Plumber.

Your problem is: You have a neff extractor fan which hasstopped working. The light and fan have both stopped working. Do I know where you can find the fuse as you suspect that this may be the problem. If I don't think it is the fuse would I be able to suggest anything else.
The type is D-AY25-8 If there is another number that is more helpful please let you know. thanks Again your Neff Series 2 extractor has stopped working and you want to save yourself buying a new one!! Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Since both light and fan require low voltage it sounds like a bad transformer. It will be mounted next to the motor. Make sure you turn off the power first.
