What brand? Look up manufacturer for parts outlets or measure glass and get a glazier to cut a new one. You have to yell him it has to be heat resistant for an oven.

I believe the entire door must be removed first. then remove every screw that you can find and draw a picture where they came from. then split the door open like opening a clam. then you may find additional screws to remove the glass

will need a model number to tell you the correct price ... most will have to replace the door... you can also give sears a call .. if you gripe loud ... they may replace it for you...

the glass would only shatter if it was installed backwards but then it would of shattered a long time ago it shattered due to a scratch on the glass or the door was damaged
